Getting Paid
I’m spending too much time dealing with claims, denials, insurance companies, collections, or figuring out where my money is.
We run the revenue side of your practice so you don’t have to chase it. One U.S.-based team owns the whole path from eligibility to the payment landing in your account, and you can see where your money stands without asking anyone to run a report for you.
What this covers
- Eligibility and benefits verification
- Coding support
- Claim submission and tracking
- Denials, appeals and underpayments
- A/R follow-up and aging
- Payment posting and reconciliation
- Patient statements and balances

VixisCare™ Practice Platform

Swipe the screen to see it all
A real VixisCare™ screen. Everything in it is demo data. The clinician and patient shown are not real people, and CareVixis is improving the system continuously, so screens may differ. An insurance plan name on a demonstration screen is demo data and indicates no relationship: CareVixis claims no partnership, endorsement or certification with any payer.

Getting Credentialed
Credentialing, enrollment, payer requirements, and recredentialing are taking too much of my time.
Credentialing is paperwork, phone calls and deadlines, and none of it is why you went into practice. We take the whole process, keep it moving with the payers, and watch the dates so nothing lapses and no provider sits idle waiting to be approved.
What this covers
- New provider credentialing
- Payer enrollment and contracting paperwork
- CAQH setup and attestations
- Payer follow-up until you are approved
- Revalidation and recredentialing before dates lapse
- Adding providers and locations

VixisCred™ Credentialing

CAQH and the health plan names shown are the property of their respective owners and appear as demonstration data only.

Chasing Prior Authorizations
Preauthorizations, payer portals, clinical documentation, and approvals that run out are taking time away from patient care.
Preauthorization happens before the patient is seen, and it decides whether the service gets paid at all. We take the chasing: preparing the request, getting the documentation with it, following up when the payer goes quiet, and keeping track of what was approved, how much of it is left and when it expires.
What this covers
- Coverage checked before the request goes
- Requests prepared and submitted to the payer
- Clinical documentation kept with the request
- Follow up when a payer has not responded
- Approved units tracked against what has been used
- Renewals started before an approval lapses
- One U.S.-based team, with a name on every request
What we do not do. CareVixis does not approve authorizations and cannot promise one will be approved. A payer decides that, under its own criteria. What we are accountable for is that the request is complete, that it is submitted, that it is followed up on, and that an approval still in use is not left to lapse unnoticed.

Technology That Doesn’t Work Together
I’m tired of managing EHRs, integrations, vendors, security, technical problems, and systems that don’t work together.
When something stops working you should not have to work out which vendor to call. We support the technology your practice runs on, connect the pieces that don’t talk to each other, and when the right answer does not exist yet, we build it. What your patients see carries your practice’s name, never ours.
What this covers
- Support for your EHR and practice management system
- Integrations between the systems you already have
- Practice-branded patient portals
- Phone and email built for healthcare
- Automation for the steps your staff repeats by hand
- Reporting that answers your questions
- Custom development when nothing off the shelf fits
It stays your practice. Anything we build or brand for you carries your practice’s name and look. Your patients see you, not us.

Keeping Up With Patient Communication
Calls, texts, emails, reminders, and patient communication are becoming another full-time job.
Patient communication quietly turns into a second job, and it is the first thing to slip on a busy day. We take it on: the reminders that keep your schedule full, the calls that need answering, and the messages that need a reply. What we put in place depends on how your practice actually runs, which is what the first conversation is for.
What this covers
- Appointment reminders, confirmations and recalls
- Phone coverage so calls are answered
- Secure messaging and email built for healthcare
- A patient portal under your practice’s name
- Follow-up on the messages that need a reply

Growing My Practice
I need more of the right patients, but I don’t have time to become a website, SEO, or marketing expert.
Growth is not a mystery, but it is a job, and it is not yours. We handle being found, being chosen and being easy to book, so the patients you want can find you and nothing gets in the way once they do.
What this covers
- Your practice website
- Local search so patients nearby find you
- Online scheduling that works on a phone
- Reviews and online reputation
- Communications that bring existing patients back

Running the Back Office
Too much of my day disappears into administrative work, paperwork, vendors, and keeping the practice running.
The work that fills your day is rarely the work you trained for. We take the recurring administrative load off your practice so your staff spends their time on patients instead of on paperwork and vendors.
What this covers
- Scheduling support
- Patient intake and forms
- Records requests
- Vendor and subscription management
- The recurring tasks that keep a practice running
- One U.S.-based team instead of several companies

Compliance & Security
I need help understanding what my practice needs to do and getting the right safeguards, policies, processes, and systems in place.
Most practices do not need a lecture on compliance. They need someone to tell them plainly what applies to them and then help put it in place. That is what we do: work out what your practice is actually required to do, then help you get the safeguards, policies, processes and systems in place and keep them there.
What this covers
- Working out what actually applies to your practice
- Access controls and user permissions
- Secure communications and email
- Written policies and procedures
- Workforce training and documentation
- Business associate agreements
- The technical safeguards behind all of it
What we do not do. CareVixis helps you manage the process and implement the changes. We do not perform external certifications or independent third-party assessments, and we do not describe any practice as “HIPAA certified” — HIPAA has no certification to hold. Where an independent audit or assessment is required, it stays with the qualified third party who performs it.
