VixisCare. Practice. Manage. Bill. Care better. The CareVixis practice platform

One System for Your Chart, Your Schedule and Your Claim

VixisCare™ is the software a practice actually works in: the patient record, the day's schedule, the note, the prescription, the order, the referral and the claim. It exists because the parts of a practice that are supposed to talk to each other usually do not, and every gap between them is somewhere a task, a result or a charge can quietly stop moving.

You do not have to move to it. Keeping the system you have is supported.

The clinician and the patient shown are not real people, and the record, the insurance details, the medications and the results are demonstration data created for this screen. CareVixis is improving the system continuously, so what you see in VixisCare™ may differ from this capture.

What it is

The Workspace Itself, Not an Add-On

VixisCare™ covers the work a practice does between the patient arriving and the money arriving. The screen below is the patient chart, and the column down the left is the whole of it: Dashboard, Patients, Schedule, Encounters, Charting, ePrescribe, Orders and Results, Care Plans, Referrals, Billing and Coding, Reports, Messages, Tasks, Patient Portal and Settings.

There is nothing unusual in that list. Every practice already has all of it, in some combination of systems. What differs here is that it is one system rather than several, which is the subject of the next section.

Demo data
A VixisCare patient chart: demographics, status tags and the next appointment across the top, then tabs for the overview, clinical note, diagnoses, medications, treatment plan, documents, billing and communications. Below them sit vitals and the recent progress note, then current medications, diagnoses and the care plan, with patient information, upcoming appointments, care gaps and quick actions down the right. The left column lists Dashboard, Patients, Schedule, Charting, ePrescribe, Orders and Results, Telehealth, Billing, Reports, Messages, Documents, Patient Portal and Settings. Demo data.

Why one system

Owned, Therefore Native

Most practices run good software. The trouble is rarely any single product; it is the joins. A chart system and a billing system made by different companies meet through an interface somebody else maintains, and that seam is where a charge arrives without its note, a result lands without a task, or a demographic change reaches one system and not the other.

CareVixis owns what it builds, so VixisCare™ does not integrate with the rest of the CareVixis technology. It is the same system. A charge captured in the chart is the charge that goes on the claim, because there is no second place for it to be. That is what end to end means here, and it is the one thing a collection of separate vendors cannot offer however good each of them is.

No export, no re-entry

Nothing has to be pushed from one system to another for the claim to be built, because the chart and the claim are not two systems.

One place a question is answered

When somebody asks what happened to a charge, the note, the code, the claim and the payer response sit together rather than in four places.

One party accountable

If something between the chart and the claim does not work, there is no question about whose interface it was.

Built to work with the rest

VixisIQ™ and VixisTrace™ read from the same technology rather than through a connector, where the data a practice makes available supports it.

Whose name is on it

It Stays Your Practice

Adopting somebody else's software can feel like handing over the front of the practice, and for an established practice that fear is reasonable. It is not what happens here. Everything the patient sees carries the practice's own name and branding, never the CareVixis name. The practice keeps its identity; CareVixis maintains what sits behind it.

That applies to the portal a patient logs into, the reminders and messages they receive and the statements they are sent. A patient of your practice should have no reason to learn that CareVixis exists.

If you would rather not

Happy With What You Have? Keep It.

This page exists because some practices want one system. Many do not, and they are right not to: a practice that knows its software, has it configured the way it works and has staff who are fast in it owns something genuinely valuable, and moving would throw it away.

Keeping the systems you have is a supported outcome, not a fallback. CareVixis will manage the stack you already own and stay accountable for the result, which is the harder of the two offers to make and the one most practices actually want. The decision is never switch or do not switch. It is who is accountable for making this work, and the answer is CareVixis either way.

The money is not the lever either. Keeping the EHR you already have carries no monthly software fee from CareVixis. Revenue cycle management works with the system you already use, and there is no CareVixis software charge simply because you choose to keep it. We want a practice to choose VixisCare™ because it is better, not because staying put was made more expensive. What CareVixis publishes about pricing is set out on the pricing page, and if your practice would rather stay where it is, the pages on working with your own EHR are written for exactly that.

VixisCare™ is where the work happens. VixisTrace™ investigates why an individual claim was rejected, denied or underpaid. VixisIQ™ reads the pattern across months. They were built to work with each other natively, and a practice can use the last two without ever touching the first.

Use one of them, or all three, or keep every system you own and let CareVixis run it.

Straight answers

Questions Practices Ask About VixisCare™

What is VixisCare™?

VixisCare™ is the CareVixis practice platform. It is the workspace a practice works in day to day: the patient chart, the schedule, encounters and clinical notes, prescribing, orders and results, care plans, referrals, billing and coding, reporting, messages, tasks and the patient portal.

Do we have to move to VixisCare™ to work with CareVixis?

No. Keeping the systems you already use is a supported outcome, not a fallback. CareVixis will manage the stack you have, and a practice that never wants to change software is a practice CareVixis is happy to work with.

Does moving to VixisCare™ cost more than keeping our EHR?

No. Keeping the EHR you already have carries no monthly software fee from CareVixis. VixisCare™ is priced per provider, and only if you choose to use it. What CareVixis publishes about pricing is on the pricing page, and the exact percentage for a practice is given before anything is signed.

Whose name do patients see?

The practice's. Everything the patient sees carries the practice's own name and branding, never the CareVixis name. The practice controls its brand and CareVixis maintains what sits behind it.

Are the screens on this page real?

Yes. The screen shown on this page is taken from VixisCare™ itself rather than drawn as an illustration, and every piece of patient information in it is demo data. Screens change as the system is improved, so what you see may differ from this capture.

How does VixisCare™ relate to VixisIQ™ and VixisTrace™?

They are separate CareVixis technologies built to work with each other natively rather than through a third-party connector. A practice can use VixisIQ™ and VixisTrace™ without ever moving to VixisCare™.

Notes

  1. The screen on this page is a capture of VixisCare™ as it stood in September 2026. All patient information in it is demo data created for demonstration, and the clinician and patient shown are not real people. CareVixis changes the system continuously, so the screen a practice sees may differ from the capture published here.
  2. Pricing wording on this page follows what CareVixis publishes on the pricing page. No figure appears here that is not published there.

CareVixis publishes no adoption figure, no time-saving figure and no revenue figure for VixisCare™. Any number a practice sees in VixisCare™ is that practice's own data.

Trademarks

VixisCare™, VixisIQ™ and VixisTrace™ are trademarks of CareVixis Healthcare Revenue Solutions. Any other product or company name that appears on a demonstration screen is the trademark of its respective owner and appears as demonstration data only.

An insurance plan name shown on a demonstration screen is demo data and does not indicate any relationship. CareVixis does not claim a partnership, endorsement or certification with any payer, and nothing on this page should be read as one.

Keep Your EHR. Or Use Ours.

Billing workflow is built into VixisCare™ alongside the practice platform. If a practice prefers its existing EHR, CareVixis can work with that system instead. Migration is an option, not a requirement.
