One Practice. One Team. One Connected System.
Everything CareVixis runs for a practice sits on the same connected system, so the work in one part of it is visible to the rest.
VixisOne™ is the layer underneath all of it: one practice, one U.S.-based team, one place the information lives.
-
Revenue
Getting paid, and seeing why you were not.
-
Insurance
The permission work that happens before and around the claim.
-
Practice
The clinical and administrative day.
-
Communication
Everything that reaches the patient.
-
Technology
The systems underneath, and the people who support them.
-
Security
What keeps the practice and its data safe.
-
Growth
Being found, being chosen, being easy to book.

One Question, Not Four Logins
A practice question is rarely about one system. Why did collections move this month touches the claims that went out, the remittances that came back, the schedule that filled or did not, and the payers involved. Answering it today means opening several places and holding the pieces together in your head.
VixisOne™ is the front door to that information. It reads what the CareVixis services you use already hold, and gives you the answer where you asked the question. It reports on your data. It does not forecast, and it does not decide anything clinical.
What this section does not claim
CareVixis publishes no time saving, no revenue increase and no accuracy figure for VixisOne™. Every number in the illustration above is sample data, as its caption says, and any number a practice sees in VixisOne™ is that practice's own.
It Only Knows What You Have Given It
VixisOne™ has no data of its own. It reads what the CareVixis services a practice uses already hold, which is why what it can answer depends on which of them a practice has:
VixisCare™, if you use it
The chart, the schedule and the encounter. A practice that keeps its own electronic health record simply has this source come from elsewhere.
VixisIQ™ and VixisTrace™
Revenue intelligence and claim root cause analysis, both included with CareVixis revenue cycle management at no additional monthly charge.
Billing and credentialing
What went out, what came back, what is still open, and where each provider stands with each payer.
Practice operations
The day to day work around the clinical encounter, which is usually where a revenue problem starts rather than where it shows up.
If a source is not connected, VixisOne™ says so rather than guessing. See how CareVixis works alongside existing systems.
Happy With What You Have? Keep It.
Keeping the electronic health record you already use is a supported outcome, not a fallback. VixisOne™ reports on the CareVixis services a practice uses, so a practice can keep TherapyNotes, SimplePractice, AdvancedMD, Tebra, athenahealth or another compatible modern system and still have one place to ask a question.
Keeping the electronic health record you already have carries no monthly software fee from CareVixis. VixisCare™ exists for practices that want a more integrated environment, and we would rather a practice chose it because it suits them better than because staying put was made more expensive.
VixisOne™ is the front door. VixisIQ™ is the revenue intelligence behind it, VixisTrace™ is the claim root cause analysis, and VixisCare™ is the practice platform. CareVixis owns all of them, which is why they talk to each other directly rather than through a connector somebody else maintains.
Questions Practices Ask About VixisOne™
What is VixisOne™?
VixisOne™ is the place a practice goes to ask about itself. It gathers the clinical, revenue, operational and financial information CareVixis already holds for the practice, and answers questions about it in plain language instead of making somebody assemble a report.
Is VixisOne™ artificial intelligence?
No. VixisOne™ is a proprietary engine that CareVixis builds and owns. It reads the data a practice already has and reports what is in it. It does not predict what a payer will do, and it does not decide anything clinical.
Where do the answers come from?
From the CareVixis services the practice already uses. That may include VixisCare™, VixisIQ™, VixisTrace™, billing, credentialing, payer information and practice operations. VixisOne™ does not invent information, and what it can answer depends on which data it has been given.
Do we have to use VixisCare™ to use VixisOne™?
No. Keeping the electronic health record you already have is a supported outcome, not a fallback. VixisOne™ reports on whatever CareVixis services the practice uses, and a practice that keeps its own system is a practice CareVixis is happy to work with.
Does VixisOne™ replace our reports?
It is a faster way to reach the same underlying information. The reporting in each CareVixis service stays where it is, and VixisOne™ sits above it so a question can be asked once rather than in four places.
What does VixisOne™ cost?
What CareVixis publishes about pricing is set out on the pricing page. Ask before you sign anything, and you will be told the figures that apply to your practice.
