What VixisTrace™ Shows You

VixisTrace™ is the CareVixis claim root cause analysis application. It exists to answer why a claim failed, not to resubmit it faster. These are the two views an A/R audit works from.

The summary view groups unresolved claims by what actually happened to them, so a practice can see whether it is looking at one payer behaving differently, one code being denied repeatedly, or a documentation pattern that is producing denials across the board.

The detail beneath it is where an individual claim is traced: what was submitted, what came back, what has been done since, and who owns the next step. That is the difference between knowing a claim is unpaid and knowing why it is unpaid.
